• compare documents and produce ScopeCheckup findings and reports;
• calculate and display project financial information;
• process purchases and provide the correct product access;

• protect, maintain and improve the service; and

We use third-party service providers to operate ScopeCheckup, including providers for hosting, authentication and database services, AI document processing, payments, email and customer relationship management.

These may include Supabase, OpenAI, Stripe and GoHighLevel.

We share information with these providers only as needed for the services they perform.

For GoHighLevel, ScopeCheckup sends limited contact and purchase information such as name, email, optional phone number and purchase status. Project documents, contractor information, findings and project financial details are not sent to GoHighLevel.

Some service providers may process information in countries other than your own. We handle such transfers subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide ScopeCheckup, maintain records and meet legal or security requirements.

Deleted projects may remain recoverable for up to 30 days before permanent deletion.

Account deletion permanently removes the account and associated project information, subject to information we may need to retain for payment, security or legal recordkeeping.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update certain profile information from your ScopeCheckup account and may delete your account through the available account controls.

Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access to or correction of personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or make another privacy request.
