ScopeCheckup helps homeowners organize project documents, compare contractor invoices and change orders with a confirmed quote, track project financial information and review document differences.

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement to use the service.

ScopeCheckup organizes information from the documents you provide.

ScopeCheckup organizes project documents and highlights differences for informational purposes. It does not determine whether a charge is valid and does not provide legal, financial, construction or professional advice.

You remain responsible for reviewing your project documents, making payment and approval decisions, and obtaining professional advice when appropriate.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate account information;
• maintaining the security of your account;
• uploading only documents you have the right to use; and
• using ScopeCheckup only for lawful purposes.

You retain your rights in documents you upload.

You give ScopeCheckup permission to process those documents as necessary to provide the service.

ScopeCheckup offers free and one-time paid project options. Prices shown at checkout apply to the purchase being made.

Payments are processed through Stripe.

There are no subscriptions unless ScopeCheckup expressly introduces and identifies one in the future.

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable once document processing has begun or paid functionality has been used.

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

We aim to keep ScopeCheckup available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, maintain or change the service where reasonably necessary.

ScopeCheckup and its software, design, branding and original content belong to Ecom Marketer 88 Enterprise or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the service except where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecom Marketer 88 Enterprise will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of ScopeCheckup.

ScopeCheckup is not responsible for decisions made by contractors, homeowners or other third parties, or for the accuracy or completeness of documents supplied by users or third parties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a paid ScopeCheckup service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

You may stop using ScopeCheckup or delete your account through the available account controls.

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused, used unlawfully or used in a way that threatens the security or operation of ScopeCheckup.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.

We may update these Terms as ScopeCheckup changes.
